Emy’s Challenge

  1. Know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and spend time with him daily.

  2. Get up and go. God has a plan and purpose for your life, go live it! Stop snoozing your alarm, put down your phone, and get off your blessed assurance. Life is short, get up and GO!

  3. Smile. And when you do, use your whole face. It will change someone’s day.

  4. Laugh and play. And when you do, don’t hold back, even if you snort a little.

  5. Love everyone. Live everyday as if it were your last, but more importantly, love everyone as if it were theirs. And when you do, don’t hold back, love unconditionally. And when you see her mommy and daddy, hug them. And if you normally hug them, then hold them a little bit longer and squeeze them a little bit tighter.

It sounds simple, but Emy had it figured out. This is the recipe for an abundant life. It’s not a promise of more days in your life, but of more life in your days. The challenge is to see how many days you can do it. How many days can you go living this, 30…60…90 days? I promise it will change your life. Emy lived it. She lived everyday abundantly for 628 days.
